Hi guys. New to the forums here, not sure if it's the right forum to post it in but when I log into FFXI to start really playing it (I'm extremely new) the graphics seem extremely pixelated. Like a bad quality video on youtube. And I can play just fine, just bothers me being unable to read a name unless the camera is literally right on top of it. What do?

Go into the game configuration menu (not the one in the game, the one in the Windows Start menu under Start > Programs > etc. depending on where you installed FFXI to) and change your display resolution to a higher value (whatever your screen and/or video card can support). I'm assuming you're talking about the PC version, right?

Trying what Raydeus linked me to, and it's set to my monitors resolution, 1366 x 768, I'm used to playing at that so I use that. And let's see what shakes. I'll let you know in 2 minutes.
