Error Code:0 TIMEOUT

    Error Code:0 TIMEOUT

    When trying to get past the title screen to get to the log in screen, and error pops up. The error says as follows:

    13001 The lobby server connection has encountered an error.
    error code: 0
    status: 0
    TIMEOUT

    If someone could help me fix this, i would very much appreciate it.

    Timeout errors typically occur if you hang around the opening movie too long. Have you tried skipping it with Enter?

      Well, i tried pressing start at the lobby as soon as it opened and it got stuck trying to load the character screen. Then it went back to the lobby and showed the error. Opening movie does not start automatically for me..

      Also when I try to select "Quit", it freezes all together.

        I was having that problem the other day. I chalked it up to my wireless connection being on the fritz (which it was). I just waited a bit and it took care of it on its own.

          When I have problem I usually reset my modem. That helps alot.
          Whm- 90, BLM-90, BST-90, PLD-90,

          Played from 2003-2006, Quit when my son was born

          Returned in 2011.
