returning player after 3+years Quetzacoatl server

It's been several years since I've last played at the time Treasure of Aht Urgan was a brand new expansion, but I never got the chance to explore.
It seems a lot has changed and I've got a whole bunch to catch up on.
(i.e figuring out how to get to the Past Zones)

Are there any walkthroughs/guide Links ect that can help me get back on track?
