Expansion Packs not loading?

So I'm a return user of 11 and I bought FF11 Ultimate Collection for 360. I updated everything & started to play again. Finally, I decide to get Hero's of Abyssea but the game said I had to have RoZ & WotG before I could get that expansion. To my surprise, I didn't have WotG installed nor any of the other +ons that came with the Ultimate Collection. So I go and put in the code for WotG and it says that I successfully installed it and then all the other +ons get updated too. Then I go to buy Hero's and it says that I can, so I'm assuming that everything is working and I buy Hero's. Then I log in and before I get to my character select, it says "Expansion pack data has not been installed. You cannot enter areas that require the expansion pack data". And when I go to the next screen, it has RotZ, CoP, ToAU, aCP, aMKd'E & aSA. WotG & hero's are not highlighted. What's going on? Has anyone else ever had this problem? If so, can you please tell me how to fix this? Below are pics of what I have to sorta help & quell some of the questions that you're instinctively going to ask.

Apparently expansions weren't installed so he couldn't access them in game (until he installed them I presume.)

I'm having the exact same problem. Everything loads fine and the game is playable but some expansions and addons will not load such as Wings and all of the Abyssea addons. I would love to know how this problem was resolved.

OK so after a phone call to SE they told me to uninstall and reinstall the expansion. This will obviously require the disk. I'm currently in the installation process now. Hope this works.
