Actually it would be kind of neat for soloing.

Get as close to the mob's middle point as you can -> drop lock on -> pop Sneak Attack and do Head Butt -> Run through mob, turn around -> Mash WS macro or let regular SA connect.

Less of a hassle than Sleep Bolts. Head Butt also lets you manipulate the mob's "guaranteed" TP move when you drop its health below 25%.
