I was just never too fond of Drk or even Sam.

I never really discriminated against people who played those jobs. They were just jobs that I had zero interest in.

Especially Sam. I can't explain it...I have this hatred for playing Sam...i can care less how much damage gekko or whatever does.

After 7 years of playing... with a few breaks in there... there are still 5 jobs I have yet to unlock. Color me lazy, but I just never got around to them.

BRD
DRG
SAM
DRK

I've taken every other job to at least 20... just to test them out to see if I liked them. Most of them? No... not so much.

I loved unlocking new jobs and leveling them to 10 or so. It was so much fun.

I know... I'm lazy. I can't be bothered to count how many times I've just idled in Jeuno or WG doing nothing at all... when i could have eben out unlocking one of them, just for the sake of having it done.

Well, should there be some turn around in this vote and Bst happens to win, you'll probably hate it from level 1-34. I know I did.

I dunno though, Drg might be cool. But I don’t think I've ever equipped a spear...

I though about copying you and doing a vote like this and level another job. But then I realized theirs still so much more I want on Bst and Pup...let alone Smn, Blm, Whm.

I was gonna take DRG up after DNC but CoP forced me to lvl SAM. Both peer pressure and the cool looking SAM in that storyline were the culprits. I fully enjoyed DRG 1-30 but haven't touched it since. My wyvern must miss me.

Jobs I haven't unlocked yet (as far as I can remember):

PLD - never any interest in it.
DRK - never any interest at all.
PUP - sounds expensive.

Sometimes I laugh at this because it doesn’t have to be…then I remember I probably dropped about 8m+ when I first started it. And I only had that kind of gil because we got a KC and split 50/50. Never thought i could spend 20m...somehow I’m broke again these days lol.

If you don’t do ‘targeting the captain’…then yes, initial start up can be expensive. I don’t think gear was ever much of an issue. Pre-abyssea their was a lot of r/e gear that wasn’t to hard to get (like some Enkidu pieces/AF/Relic) and now Emp gear beats a lot of it.

Aside from that, don’t think I’ve recently spent a dime on my Pup with the exception of food and nin tools.

Bst on the other hand...i'm constantly buying jugs/pet food
