New long term depressing goal…

Get upwards of 150m in gil so I can afford a damn 99 Guttler.

I’ve seen some here and there in bazaars for 25-30m a piece. And I need 5 of them.

Learn some new spells or two.
Make some friends.

not really an accomplishment but i did Dyn-Valk last night. almost no competition (it was so weird/awesome).

Did they nerf Bst pets or what? i was about 1.25 hours deep and had upwards of 150 coins.
I warped out with 45 minutes to go because i was beat (was 1am). easily would have broke 200+.
and that was also after fighting 2 NMs (in hopes for a 100 piece)

if they did nerf it, i'm cool with it as it stands

Oh did my first crazy high ruinator WS since i've been working on gearing it.
3966! no food, but i think Killer Insticnt was up (outside abyssea)

i know it was on an EP mob but i dont care.

Long time, since I made goals

-Hit level 50
-Level my sub till atleast 35
- Do the inventory Quests
-Become less clueless xD

Carrying on with these as I've been busy irl with Mum and work

This week:

1. Last week's number 2
2. Continue to level PUP (75 is the goal) and get the Pantin Cape (which I think should still be good, for awhile at least)
3. Various seals (WAR and PUP body, finish PUP legs 7/8 and head 5/8)

Been a long time since I posted here.

1. I am definitely (maybe?) gonna get to Fistule and finish at least my +2 DNC head and maybe WAR too.
2. I'd like to finish off Koios for my PUP body, but he's been stingy with PUP, though I have finished WAR (useful), BST (lvl 1), and SMN (lvl 8).

New goal: Solo Suzaku

I've been sitting on a Suzaku pop set for a few months now, but until last night it never really occurred to me that I ought to try soloing him. People did it back at 75, so it shouldn't be too terribly difficult now. If I can pull this off, this shall be wonderful as it'll mean a clear path to Hecatomb feet that doesn't involve swindling people into helping me kill an NM with no benefit for them. Seriously, the feet abjuration is the only drop worth noting on Suzaku, the rest is trash.

**My New idea/goal for earning gil**

This certainly isn’t a ‘new’ idea by any stretch…but more just something new I’m trying out aside from normal farming.

So with dynamis currency being around every corner and my quest to earn 100m in gil in any way/shape/form...I decided to give my mule exactly 1m and started buying/selling currency. I look around for people selling slightly under the average and buy their stock. Turn around and sell it at average cost for minor profit. Just from checking random bazaars over the last 2 or 3 days, I can tell many are doing the same thing. None the less.

Anyway, It’s not uncommon seeing people selling pieces for 50-100 gil below the average. While that’s not much at all…as you start to get into high quantities…it can add up.

For instance…
Starting off with 1m
Buying 156 shells for 6400 = 998,400
Selling 156 shells for 6500 = 1,014,000

BAM, made 15,600 just for checking Bazaars.

No…it’s not very much. And one can easily make 15k in faster time. But all I’m doing is checking bazaars about 10-15 minutes before quitting time and bazaaring overnight.

My mule has made ~71k over the past 3 nights.

If you aren't already, check FFXIAH to get bazaar prices so you don't have to check every single person in Jeuno to find the good deals. That's how I've been finding Sky pops the last week or two.

Wait,is that how FFXIAH works with bazaar items? It randomly checks Bazaars and updates?
I always thought people actually go to the FFXIAH site and manually put that info in to help spread word on what they are selling.

It pulls updates from Guildwork now. Anyone with Guildwork who checks someone automatically updates the bazaar info associated with that person on FFXIAH. It's a beautiful thing. It updates pretty damn quickly too.

This week's priorities:

Complete the Decennial Adventurer Appreciation event
Clear Atop the Highest Mountains (my LB2)
Obtain Hornetneedle
Clear Regaining Trust (Fellow LB2)
GoV to 60 in Fei'Yin, then attempt San d'Oria 5-1.

Realistically I will be content with getting at least half of these things done this week.
