Cant Create an Account

I am having trouble creating an account on playonline everytime I enter in my payment information it gives me an error and wont let me proceed I checked my account with Visa they said its verified but every time I try it gives me the same error I tried using that vbv bypass trick but it didnt work >_< can anyone help me with this

You can't create an account on the first of the month. Wait until the 3rd or 4th and then try. Its their billing period at the beginning of the month.

I'm just following up on your problem. Have you been able to make an account or is it still giving you the error message? There are other possible causes that it might be and I have the solution for all of them. Let me know.

I still cannot create the account no and when I called support they kept giving me different answers so I am kind of confused >_<

You say you get an error? what is the error?

You need to make sure your card has that extra secure thing on it.

If you are not signed up then go here and do so. You said you check, and it said it was, but if you have never done this, then you are not, it is something that has to be done manually.

ok well My gf was able to make her account today but I still get the error when I make mine >_<
