Spellswapper?

I used to use spellswapper all the time to change DATs for my weapon skills around, but now I can't seem to find a download for it that works. Any suggestions?

I'm not very experienced with DAT swaps, but wasn't it possible to simply overwrite the DAT file you want to replace (after backing it up of course) with the one you want to see? What's the program do that can't be done manually?

Nothing really, it just made it incredibly easy to swap any weaponskill DATs you want in 2-3 clicks. I simply wanted it for its convenience.
