Also, don't overlook the power of the taru-rage. I was in a pickup group doing Gru boss, but we needed to farm the crab NM for it's pop item. The entire alliance decided to camp in the crabs, which was fine really... I was on bard for crowd control and I was able to handle it surprisingly well (2-3 melees would kill while I slept, everyone else would use them for TP or go after the boss). When the boss was dead however, people didn't understand the concept of moving OUT of the crabs so we wouldn't be perpetually killing. Finally, I got pissed off and taru-raged on the entire alliance. Everyone followed me and did as I asked the rest of the day.
Also, Aks, even though you don't play you might want to just take a peek at the AF3 (both +1 and +2) sets on the wiki. There really aren't many bad pieces in the entire batch of 320.
