Random cutscene in Sandy then game crash.

Okay, Im lvl 6 and I start walking around in Sandy and I get some random cutscene of a small castle looking building surrounded by a mote or a lake. Then it goes into a Tribal looking camp, then a waterfall then the game crashes. I've tried running in window mode but it stilll crashes. Is there anyway to exit the cutscene?

its not crashing anymore its just LOOPING AND LOOPING.

There is no way to exit the cutscene except to just finish watching it. By the way... What are you doing that causes it to happen? Do you just talk to a NPC, or do you zone into a new area. I don't remember the cutscene you are talking about all that well.
