That depends on what you consider pretty. Nazi architecture was pretty stoic in many regards.

Stoic and devoid of all local flair is not what most people want in a city. Old cities with histories are (with the exception of handling traffic, which even new cities can't do) are pretty much significantly better then any centrally planed city.

The Nazi's plan for Berlin would have made it the same as any city in the US and Canada that is west of the Mississippi/Red River Valley, really big suburbs.
