Exactly my point. Also note that RDM and SCH will get access to the following:
AoE Haste
AoE Refresh
AoE Stoneskin
AoE Phalanx
AoE Regen II
AoE Status Heals
AoE Gravity
AoE Sleep
AoE Sleep II
AoE Aspir
Convert
Sublimation
AoE Cure IV
This effects WHMs more because WHM will not have access to all of these at the same time. Basically it's go /RDM for Refresh and Convert or go /SCH and get the AoE stuff. Red Mage and Scholar will get access to it at all times. So unless White Mages get something that is better than all of those would would be the point in inviting one?
I was tempted to get back into the game but Squeenix have given me the perfect reason to just stick with White Knight Chronicles and Aion until FFXIV comes out where the pure healer classes are actually wanted by the developers .

Perhaps. We'll have to just wait and see. I have a number of freinds who have been trying to get me back into the game but it would really suck if the patch kills White Mage invite rates for endgame activities too. They are basically the only party types that White Mages have a chance at begging thier way into anymore.
I think I'll wait and see but the current announcements really aren't keeping me optimistic.

I am pretty sure this would drectly refear to refresh, convert, and many other JA/spells of some jobs
What SE expects to happen and what does happen are two different things. They never expected NIN to be a tank job.
All I see this is SE expects most to jump ship to FFXIV and this is just squeezing the most money out of XI until then.

I don't go to those websites on the home computer with dialup, takes too long to load the page, so no, I did not read that part.

Sublimation
AoE Cure IV/V Which isn't that big of a deal since Whm innately gets Curaga IV.
Or you can go Whm/Nin and Mystic Boon it up for mp.

Problem is is that RDM and SCH get all of that while WHM/SCH loses out on Refresh, Convert, AoE Phalanx, AoE Gravity and AoE Sleep II. WHM/RDM gets Convert and Refresh but loses out on Accession and Sublimation
RDM/SCH and SCH/RDM get Accession, Sublimation, Refresh and Convert at all times... That is the point I was making.

In before YM talking about rdm melee updates. Because I'm going to do it first. It seems to me that sch/rdm gets all the same tools as rdm/sch but has better nuking options. The only logical sphere to advance rdm in to make it more distinct and worthwhile is melee.

Too much information, not going to bother catching up on all the comments. In fact, the only reason that I am even here at all is to announce one thing, to all the haters.
Specifically, to all those bandwagon pink mages that have dared sully the name of my chosen profession with their membership. To them, I would just like to say:

Might as well give RDM everything WAR, DRK and BLU has. It won't break the game any more then raising the level cap will.
