My character Agetos on Titan server is stuck between the mog house in bastok markets and bastok mines. everytime i try and load up it gets to the black loading screen then the music stops and my xbox freezes. Phone support told me to make a new char and contact a gm but my xbox freezes when i get to the choose a nation part of the creation. i need help! D: (Please Assist)

yeah ive tried uninstalling then installing it then reinstalling it. and im installing it again. he said that as long as you delete it quickly that it will not be charged to my account.Comment

If you can log in, it may be that something about your install is corrupted. I had freeze-up problems with riding some airship routes when I had a PS2 hard drive start dying. Then it only got worse later because the hard drive really was dying.Elwynn @ Fairy Elwynbelwyn @ Sylph | PS2 PC

my harddrive isnt the original and i bought it used. the disc is relatively brand new so it could be the HDD. you guys think i should chunk out the money for a new one when i get the chance?Comment

use the contact a GM feature inside the POL viewer. they should be able to move your character.Comment
