Did they take out webchat support form ffxi page?

Im having issues after reinstalling the game and I cant seem to find the webchat support.

The issue is I just reinstalled the game via steam and am using my old account. The thing is...it keeps telling me I dont have content ID!

And when I try to reactivate it it keeps giving me this error called UCS-1104, which tells me my info is wrong :S

Could anyone help me?

The best way to contact SE is to call them up. Do not use the Web Chat. I have stayed on it for 2-3 hours one time and I got no responce. Just call them up if you are having issues.
