Other than the highly situational Desert Boots and limited charge Sprinter's Shoes this would be the only option for bards from what I can see.

And the only reason I really say that is because Bards pretty much have carte blanche to be as bitchy, whiny, shitty, undergeared, princessy, and all-around horrible over any other job in the game, so they have a damn spell that makes them run faster, and therefore, they don't need shit else in terms of movement speed.

Well except we SCHs can do that most of the time, its just that desert boots + Sandstorm aren't as viable an option when we're manaburning things. There's not much weak to Stone spells at high level, so the only benefit I'm getting from Sandstorm is movement speed and I'm wasting my feet slot for that.
