Timeout server FFXi-4002 d/c every 10 min, help!

Sorry, i was wondering if anyone have this alot lately?

I get disconnect every 10 min when my character suddenly stop moving and its enivronment come to a stall then slowly the connection drop until i get this time out message.

I only notice this happening when i dual box with 2 account on 2 different computer.

Anyone have this problem? I have open all port as lay out in Q and A.

Router problem. Every single time I had that issue it always turned out to be my router. I used to dc only when I changed zones. With two or more pcs were connected to net. Even the one directly wired dropped it's connection when another pc logged on. I suggest calling your ISP if they provided or buying a new one.
