I looked on the server status page it says up. but i cant get logged in.. both my accounts and toons tell me they are still logged in.. been like this for about 30 mins so far... im also getting a no respons to ffxi server... arg!!!!

give it some time, it will be back up alittle later. Some times if the server is really busy, it will seem like its down, and its not. Wait 30 mins and try again, and again, and again ;p-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also returning to play online (leaving FFXI and returning to splash page) seems to help me when this happens. It happens to me alot when I get a lag spike and get booted. But usually it fixes it self unless you were zoning which I heard causes epic problems.Comment

If you got disconnected, and it shut down really quickly, and log back in really fast, I will get this response as well. Usually just shut down FFXI, and POL completly, and restart it will fix it. I have been disconnected to the PoL screen, and I log back in when it tells me to, and It says my characters are still logged in, then it will lock me out from the server for a while until I close PoLComment
