Hah, back when he actually played(he quit right after ToAU came out) he was all kinds of pimped, but he got passed around various LSmates and pretty much looted over the years, though when I got him I found a PCC, Ebow, and Hellfire+1 in his storage that noone ever checked, lol. I got him geared back up but then had to sell his PCC/Ebow when my Macha's Coat dropped

The RNG Fay weapon is really nice at least, since I'm 0/17 on Selene's and 0/2 on Vali's.

Did my weapons and had some pleasant results.

Ogre Sickle : magic acc+8 emn -3 magic crit +6

Dweomer scythe: dmg+4 attack+4 soul eater+1

Fane baselard #1: dmg+6 str+2 acc+3

Fane baselard #2: dmg+6 acc+9 additional effect: flash +7

not too happy with the first baselard but il make another one and try again tonight, maybe another scythe too. Also i made a killing selling Swamp ore 130k each while things were hot now its down to 8k each.

hmm I would have to say the number is a percentage , as for the duration the spell last 12 seconds if unresisted so should be the same. Proc'd about once every fight fighting ep's at Cape Terrigan but being thf you attack a lot.

Thathat I am thinking. the 7, might be 7% chance to activate? But who knows with SE though. Most of the "Aditional Effect:" are usually just elements, or blinds, or what ever else, and it is done by %, but with the numbers... Thats a little confusing.

But I thought with the +7 Flash... I thought it was like +7 enm gained with flash?

Did you time the 12 second duration or just assuming? Are you dual wielding it? That would reduce the number of procs you see in a fight.
