Wow, you are such a fucking flaming troll. How is "no negative stats" a kiddie game? Jesus tapdancing christ. I played FFXI, and I played WoW, and I realize they are different games. WoW, btw, is also far from a kiddie game and I can go into that in a separate thread if you'd like, but having never played it but feeling the need to still bash it anyway, I suppose you wouldn't know that. You are seriously not getting it if you think I want this to turn into Hello Kitty adventures. (For the record, in WoW, you get ganked a lot. You die and you lose durability on your items. You can fall off anything from any height, and yeah, you die. There is plenty wrong with that game, yet I can still have fun playing it! ZOMG!)
I've already said I think there are enough risks with not being able to sell the item back. I augment Genie Weskit, I'm out 3m regardless of whether the item was augmented to my liking or not. OMG, SOUNDS LIKE A RISK TO ME. So does the risk of WIPE and losing it altogether, which is entirely possible because these NMs are actually hard! And guess what? I AM OK WITH SHITTY AUGMENTS. +1 VIT, +12 ELEMENT RESIST, RESIST STATUS EFFECT +1 ARE ALL SHITTY AUGMENTS, BUT AT LEAST THEY DON'T RUIN ITEMS.
I realize your head is far up SE's ass at this point, and that's great. I don't whine about xp loss, I don't whine about losing materials, I don't whine about a lot of stuff, but negative stats on an item that I traded for the SOLE PURPOSE of making it better is absolute total BS.
Yes, I realize it's not going to change, but you have to realize that people have been playing this game a long time, probably longer than you, and have a right to speak out when they think something is fucked up. I think negative stats are fucked up. If you don't like it, FUCKING IGNORE ME. Obviously my opinions are worthless to you, and you're obviously not getting it, after I've repeated it a dozen times.
What the fuck ever. Enjoy all your augmented-to-be-worse-than-they-were-when-you-bought-them items. Have fun thinking you are better than everyone else because you're not bitching about this, but down the road when you're bitching about something I can tell you to stop crying and QQ the fuck more, remember this frigging post.
