He's Elvaan though, they value MP a lot more than HP.

Wouldn't be such a big deal if I didn't also use it for RDM often. On PLD I usually have enough MP support and have Chiv/Devo as backups that it's not really an issue, plus my JAs usually kill like 100+ MP just from swapping out Homam for Enmity gear.
