    Really wish most shells would operate like Karinya's for currency, or just plain split the profit from selling currency (after subtracting entry fee first) once the LS bank is good for, say, two months.

    I prefer moderate benefit to all instead major profit for a few. Add a "late comer gets no gil" rule, it'd be ideal to me.

      Welp at least you're doing your job than this 1 rdm we got -.-; all he does, is annoying composure party macro and refresh himself. Thats it. He doesn't cure he doesn't haste. He barely lands sleeps. And we scream at him to cure or to shut up. -.-; And he hasn't done anything to completely warrent a kick yet, (believe me, majority of us are watching for that 1 slip up to make it happen.)

        I've asked a thousand times to come something other than WHM, it gets constantly ignored. Even the times I did go on BLM, though, it wasn't any less of a snooze fest. I really am just tired of Dynamis, nothing I do is gonna change that. SE should have made it suck less, lol.

          Dynamis is repetitive, but I enjoy it for the basic reason that you mentioned--conversations on Ventrilo (or w/e voice client you use). With my job set (BRD, RDM, DRG), and my most frequent position in the Melee DD Alliance I can occasionally go AFK and come back, though I never do so for more than say 3 minutes. Tank-party WHM probably has a tougher time, but I never liked playing the WHM.

          I absolutely fucking (seriously) hate Nyzul Isle (we have Runic Key, and are farming gear). It's like some sort of sick lottery. We draw Cerberus most of the time who is virtually impossible to defeat within the 5-8 minutes you usually have left when you get to him because of Magma Hoplon and the fact that we don't use 4 SAMs as our primary source of damage, don't have any relic weapons, etc... Family floors starring Porrogo are always fun. The Battledressed Chariot or a Psychflayer boss floor usually depletes all of our MP and kills someone.... I can't stand it--most frustrating activity I have ever participated in across all of FFXI. I'm sure it's much more fun for super-advanced players though.

            Usually kill cerb with thf or mnk, sam drk and drg with brd and whm or rdm support. Though I do hate the floor getting there. All enemies with Sewer Syrup and Cassie -.-;
            Spec on giant floors, all with no gear kill, spec family with no gear aggro, or ebony puddings or flan nm with ws pathos. -.-; Any one of those usually handled well, but still a foul up on it, and boom, no boss fight.

            Then quit your shell and find a new one that only takes referrals by friends in it, (and possibly that doesn't really need any thing in job terms.) Its obvious they don't care what you think.

              No, it's not that. We just don't have that many WHMs at the moment. We have been trying to recruit. I shouldn't really bitch and moan about it that much really because I know we've been low on WHMs for a while, but I'm tired of playing it lately.

              I love my linkshell, I'm just burnt out on Dynamis. Changing jobs really wouldn't help make Dynamis more interesting.
