Outposts and nation changes - Question

I'm currently a Rank 9 Windurstian will all outposts but Gustaberg. This is my situation.

San D'Oria currently has control of Gustaberg and is in first place.

If I change from Windurstian to San D'Orian, will my outposts be saved?
If I get the Gustaberg outpost while I'm San D'Orian, will it be saved?
If I transfer from San D'Orian to Windurstian after getting the outposts, will I still have access to it?

Please assist.

Yes, if you move back to the nation you collected them in

Outposts are specific to what you collected under whichever nation. You must either reobtain them under a specific nation or go back to your own nation to use them. At least now they're "saved". It used to be that you lost them completely.
