Reinstalling FFXI.

Hello,
i try to explain my situation
My account is USA, but i've installed from a EU DVD i can play without no problem but cant do anything with content ID, mi question is:
when my DVD USA coming i need to make a new installation, there is some method to avoid the 10 hours update?
Like copy all the old already update directory,into the new installation?
Remember old installation is EU and the new will be USA.

If its a later version of the progtrame i.e. a 2008 version then all teh old updates should already be on teh disk meaning you only have to download and install the data added sicne teh disk was prodiuced, so teh 10 hours could be 3 hours (depending on connection) the other thing to do is backup your whole FFXI folder, and then the file check will check all files and replace any that are corrupted. problem is if you goign from eu to USA data, then it might just be best to do a fresh install. I ahve the original |FFXI disk pack and seperate expansions so for me it would be a 10 hour install.

Is 10 hours too with the vanadiel collection 2008 European version, ill make a new one installation so, with 10 hours..
