ya my system is broken so I can't do it manually that way. since I won't be able to even visit playonline through my system, I'll have to use the internet and try to cancel for now that way.
ya I think registration and cancellations are not available until the beginning of next month. but it would still help to know how
to cancel through their website so they don't charge me while I spend the next months trying to afford to buy another copy of FFXI, and a new system.

ad service and support is much different from when I access it through the system, it normally would ask for POL ID and
password, but here it's just email and phone information.........sigh.
and I log in at member information, but it just lets me view all the data, including active character, etc. but NO OPTION to cancel
the service or anything!!!!! this is really irritating. how they expect people to cancel through their website?
