Vana'diel Tribune translations?

Hi everyone... I'm new to the game and I noticed that there used to be this thing called the Vana'diel Tribune, and it sounded interesting. I noticed though that the first original seventeen tribunes are Japanese only, and I was wondering if there was any place that provided a translation for them? They are still online at the website at FINAL FANTASY XI.

I know some Japanese myself but it is taking me a long time to translate these on my own. So has someone translated it before? Or would someone be willing to help me translate them, starting from Vol. 00?
