Promyvion - Vahzl

I have been searching for the answer to this question everywhere and it apparently doesn't exist....

How do I get to Promyvion - Vahzl?

The entrance is supposedly in Nue's Tower and I've completed CoP but I don't remember the run at all..

The stupid maps on wiki and atlas have NO INFORMATION AT ALL and the information is not in the CoP misison guides either.

All I need is a dot on a map that says GO HERE!

That's the first place I went, but the elevator never comes up.

Never mind...

For some reason the elevator was invisible. Restarting FFXI fixed it.

That would be quite the leap of faith if you had to walk on that elevator anyway. It would be kinda like Last Crusade.
