Could someone with the ps2 controller on your PC please quote me your gamepad number setup in FFXI config? I just bought the adapter and controller for my PC but don't know how to assign them. You would think that the world wide web would have it...but unless my search skills have gone south, I couldn't find it.

http://www.ffxionline.com/forums/gam...fig-setup.html this is for a PS3 controller but I don't think my PS3 setup looks like that. This is what the buttons should probably look like since the controllers are the same but the button numbers probably arent:
Select/Confirm: X Button
Cancel: O Button
Active Window: Triangle Button
Main Menu: Square Button
Auto Run: L1
Macro Palette CTRL: L2
Macro Palette ALT: R2
Logout: Start
Heal/Lock: R3

When I bought a logitech PS2 gamepad, the first default setup in FFXIConfig is what I used since it was almost exactly like the setup from when I played on PS2. Should suffice unless you want to have something different.Cleverness - Hades
