    On Hiatus [for a few days]

    Leaving on a trip to Florida tomorrow, so I'm on hiatus from the game and the forums (and by extension, my Melee Stats guide.) Back by the 6th. I leave you with this cool Team Fortress 2 video.

              The twenty seconds between seeing this thread in new posts and reading 'Back in 6 days' were the most horrifying and traumatizing experience I have ever had.

                LOL I didn't even see this little tidbit below the video until now. Its ok because Thursday I was in absoutely no condition for Nyzul anyways! A week of non-stop cleaning, baking, cooking, shopping, wrapping, and stress = at least one week of TGM in bed! LOL

                        It depends....

                        at 4am this morning our power went out. The entire block and the next one over didn't have power. My son freaked out because he was d/l'ing some s**t and made a big deal of coming in my room, grabbing the flashlight, waking my husband, and checking to see if we blew a fuse. <Around this point my fuse was lit and burning fast.> Then my husband just HAD to get into the fray, even though our son was checking all the necessary things, and start hopping around (my husband has one leg) and waking the grandkids. <Ok fuse is getting very short now.> Mr. Control (hubby) is freaking out and where is the best place to be in winter when the power goes out? Upstairs, in bed, and snuggled warm under the covers WHERE EVERYONE WAS! So then he comes in the bedroom with the phonebook and exclaims we need to call the electric company because the power is out, to which I reply that 50 other people have already done it and just get in god damn bed and go to sleep! <Imminent explosion incoming!> So he calls them and is promptly told "Yes sir we are already aware of the situation and a truck has already been dispatched." EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD HIM..... <Cookies....where are the cookies....NEED COOKIES NOW!> So I have a couple cookies (for real) and then crawl into bed but does it end there? Noooooooooooooooooo!! Mr. Control tosses and turns, huffs and grunts, sighs and groans, and basically keeps me awake with his control issues to the point where I very calmly but with a threatening tone say "If you don't knock it the f**k off, I'm going to take my Desert Eagle out of the headboard and put a bullet in your brain." He got very quiet, very quickly. The cookies really do help.
