WoTG: Allied Note Items - Rank Wings+ body pieces - any info?

The higher rank and cost (allied notes) gear obtained from WoTG such as Iron Ram (sandy) and Cobra (windy) are all missing the body piece. General opinion is they will be available in the future update.

Anyone have any clues/leads to their stats or when they might be available in-game?

I'm trying to decide if I should save up my Allied Notes or spend it on something else
