My game is crashing

Hi all iv only just bought this game and iv installed all the parts correctly iv got the 2008 edition,but when i go to create my player the screen just freezes,have i dont something wrong?thanks all

Please post your computers specs so that we can at least get more info than it's just crashing. Kinda hard to tell what it could be if we don't know anything.

I don't think you can get as far as the character creation with Vista if you don't have it patched, but if you do have vista try PlayOnline Headlines that.
