Starting a char, question about bonuses

Hello,

I'm starting a character and I want to make sure I get all the benefits I can.

Like, for instance, the recruitment program that gets you items you can get nowhere else. Going to get a friend to get me a Gold World Pass so I can do that.

Are there any other things I need to be on the look out for?

Holy shit, long time no see. Welcome back.

Other than the Gold World Pass, the only thing that comes to mind is the new tutorial NPCs.

EDIT: Oh yeah, outpost warps are cheaper and have much lower level requirements than before. You should work on them ASAP.

Once you get the Conquest Points for it, get an Empress or Emperor Band to help your xping along.

Awesome, thanks a lot. So nice to see the thing about outpost warps, those things were a godsend before and now they seemed to have beefed them up even more, so awesome.

Please read my thread on tutorial NPC's, these will help you get items like the empress band for free, a re-raise ring, some food and experience. TUTORIAL NPC QUESTS
