I use it to fish as a mithra.

I just can't stand the way my character looks fishing.

My WHM does look strangely cute when fishing in AF gear but that might just be part of the hilarious image that a little White Mage reeling in a Marlin or something conjures up. Although ever since I got the Angler's set for cheap off a bazzar (8k for the set!) my WHM just looks completely out of place with fishing clothes and a light staff strapped to her back.

And regarding RSE, they could handle it in the same way as the world transfer. Any RSE from your race gets converted into the new race, just like a linkshell is changed into an unopened one.

Problem with that is some pieces of JSE of the same slot can have wildly different prices. Like on Cerby, Marine F boots are 100k max while Marine M boots hit 400k easy. And they have the same exact stats.

I'd thought about that too, but I figure if it's a one-time deal, people won't just change to make some money.

I finally found time to get on FFXI today (no lectures until Thursday morning gives me a great excuse to go visit my family and play this game while they are all at work/school) and I must say I love the Plastic Surgeon plugin for windower. Thanks once again to Aksayanni for recommending it to me.
