Haaalp! Can't get into expansion pack areas

I have all the expansion packs except WOTG. They're installed and according to the content IDs section of POL they're active. But on the screen where you can select your character/delete your character/etc the expansion pack names are see through instead of solid, I tried to go to white gate and got kicked back to Mhaura (yes I have the key item to get me there.)

I stopped playing the game a while ago and recently reinstalled, so it may have something to do with that. Any ideas?

Installation order is important. Yes it can cause these problems. Uninstall and reinstall in the order everything was released in.

you did register the expansions, correct?

Make sure you installed them into the same place as FFXI. I've seen people on here before installing them into the wrong directory.
