Evasion bonus/skill calculation?

I have been wondering... does anyone know the exact evasion calculations? I'd like to know what the exact difference in effectiveness is between Evasion+ and Evasion Skill+, and it seems like looking at the formula would be the best way to know... but I can't find the formula anywhere.

Actually I'd like to know about this as well. I know this wont really help answer your question much but I was always under the impression that Eva Skill+ we a little more potent than just Eva+.

I'm not entirely sure but I was under the impression that Evasion skill enhanced the Evasion stat in the same way that Combat skill enhanced the Accuracy stat. Which would mean that after a certain point you would get less return on skill boost vs evasion stat boost. But, I think that Evasion Skill+ gear is generally regarded to be better so I'm probably wrong.

Ya I think the going assumption is skill over 200 offers .9 of a skill. (if it is for an evaision build such as nin evade tank, Id say any evade will suit you well)
