Alright.. the 30 day free trial... If i created a new account (first time playing) since i have the 30 day free trial, when would my first payment be? (using debit card, but have no money in the bank and want to avoid over-draft)

you'll be billed at the end of the month the trial ends.
I think that's how it worked for me.

yes I think that's how it works allthough I cant remember how it works for paying for part of a month

If you made the account on Sept 17th, you would be able to play free until Oct. 16th. Then on Nov. 1st, you would be billed for the month of November AND the 15 days of October. So approx. $19.50 will be billed on Nov. 1st. SE only bills on the first of the month every month.


(Putting this for other people who have already played and are not using a free trial.) Let's say you are coming back to the game and reactivate your account on Sept. 17th. On Oct. 1st you would be billed for the FULL month of Sept AND Oct., so that would come to approx $26.00. There is no pro-rating for established accounts.

**Both examples are for accounts with ONE character. If you have additional characters on the account, the amounts will be different.**

Alright.. It didnt work. I think its because i dont have enough funds in the account (do they check that?).

Prepaid Visa Card.

I bought a walmart prepaid visa card without really thinking.. i havnt tried to set it up yet (i'm setting it up on some one else's computer and she lives too far away to just up and drive any time i want) and i was wondering.. What would i put where it asks me to put the address that the statement is billed to, and the name on the card?

Your name and address. You are the owner of the card, are you not? Even though its prepaid, thats what they are asking for.

omg pre-paid visa's work!? I've been waiting for my bank to send me a new visa this whole time, just so I can play FFXI!! -_-;
