Need some American help registering

So I'm trying to register my playonline thing and I have ran into a problem...
Country choices are Canada/America (I'm from New Zealand)
What are my options here, I guess I need to do a fake address?
Since our countries format is different I was looking for a little help with my fake address.
Anyone care to help me out here? It could be fun!
I need a street address, city, state, zip code, and a telephone number (There is three boxes so I'm guessing its area code - something - something)

I could be wrong, but I think you want the EU version of the game.

A number of people play out-of-region game versions, but I don't know what most of them do for billing. Perhaps one of the European early-adopters can advise?

You are wrong :p I managed to find info from the brief period of time Ebgames stocked FFXI that it was the US version.
