HQ Elemental Staves, say goodbye. SMN has a new best friend (if they can get it).

-4 Perpetuation (HQ Staff is only -3), 20% more damage on elemental pacts, and the avatar does stuff when the SMN WS'es.

And the same for BLMs:

Bard Dagger... MAcc+10 and song duration increase. Hmm... Might be cool, but HQ Staff is 15% enhancement. I wonder how MAcc translates into "15% bonus effect". The duration thing might be nice if it's significantly long and I'm thinking it probably is.

20/96... Destroyers are 23/48, but Glanz has OAT after WS and a Focus bonus.

I always love this time in the update where people see these "awesome" equips and want them. Then they either find out they drop from a mob like PW and they'll never get it or it has some silly requirement that makes it basically suck. LOL Let the fun begin!!

Destroyers are in fact, 18/48. And the OAT is supposed to be separate from the Aftermath btw. Still, the MNK and RNG weapons are an epic failure IMO.

I was hoping we'd see a boost to Chi Blast or Kicks for MNK (or AoE chakra even, especially if Invigorate was included) and for the Xbow to enhance bolt effects. I was honestly affraid it would enhance barrage and it fucking does @_@


Well, props to me for calling the majority of the stats on these things XD particularly WAR's. "Augment's Berserk" O.O HORY SHIT. BRD dagger is also epic fail, was really hoping for another +1 to songs.

So lets see, Nirvana is hot, Tupsimatti is hot, lets start the obtaining check list...

-Able to get a Nyzul group to get weapon and Runic Disk; check, Assault group starting this weekend

-Able to get Alexandrite for the second Quest. Sure, always have enough points for Salvage

-Able to redo assaults for second quest. Easy

-Get enough tokens for book. Not too bad

-Able to get enough Ichor for Eyepatch. Err maybe I can find a group...

Well I think I have the second quest down, lets check out the FIRST quest

-Have weapon and Runic Disk...see above

-Obtained all 4 Salvage titles, wouldn't be too hard with some friends

-Obtained "Elite Einherjar" Title, in the process of getting Ichor, I'm sure it can be done, maybe

-In killing Alliance for Medusa, Gurfurlur and Gudaal JaJa...oh dear it seems that my dreams just fell out the window and went splat on the pavement....
