You forgot to factor in Daylight Savings in those times. 2pm PDT is actually 10pm GMT. That and the maintenance will inevitably run over so I would add an extra hour or two onto those times.

GMT doesn't go through daylight savings time, otherwise it would be a poor static time.

EDT is GMT +4, EST is GMT +5. It is going to end at 5:00 pm EDT, which when you add 4 to becomes 9:00 pm. The UK uses GMT/BST making Eastern time always +5 when both are in savings (summer) time.

For the people in UK, it's 10pm (we're GMT+1 or BST)

Anyway, although that's the specified time, regardless, it's gonna be extended for like 3 hours, you know it!
