It should be noted that you need a flower every time you want to use the shortcut;


Consequently, I now carry a stack of Lilacs at all times, just in case.

Aha. I was tired of scratching my head silly every time I ran past that sparkling light in N. Gustaberg.

I found this out not long ago and it's a great addition. I regularly pick up Garliage and Eldime Chest Keys and the highest concentration of chests tend to be behind those Lyco-Warps.

Can anyone help me out on this? I can not find the sparkling light in North Gustaberg. I have gone to the past and talked to the lycopodium (sp) dude, got that cutscene. but when I returned to the present and went to north gustaberg, it was a bitch of a time finding the sparkiling light? On wiki it shows it at drachenfall. I tried both sides of the chasm, and even went through dangruf wadi through advice of my linkshell. I can not find the damn thing for the life of me! Do I need to visit all 3 lycopodiun dudes first? I only visited the one in Gustaberg (S)

The Gustaberg light is there exactly at the same spot as in the past (only on the ground), but it's very hard to see. I've even missed the stupid ramp when going through Gustaberg_S, and a tiny light is going to be harder to find. Go back to the past, look at where it is, maybe even mark it on the map, then you should be able to find it.

And how did you make it behind Gate 1 solo? To reach this light on the ground near gate 2?

Go to the past. Go back to present via the Cavernous Maw in Sauramugue. You are now behind Gate 2.
