Question about registration codes

Hi, I have a question, I bought the 2007 collection, and then my GF used the free 30-day trial codes. And now, if she wants to get the expansion, is it actually possible to buy the 2007 or 2008 collection, and just used the codes for the expansion? I heard that the 2008 had one codes, but the 2007 had all separate codes. Anybody tried that? or she is stuck with buying it online from SE? Please help, thank you.

you sould just buy the expasion packs. They come with codes just for those. You can use the codes from the 2008 collection but you'd proabably be better off buying the expansion packs..

Thank you for the reply. I probably word my question wrongly before. I used the 2007 collection, and my GF used the free trial that has only the original FFXI, without any expansion.

So now, what I would like to know is, whether if I buy another 2007 collection, can my GF used just the Zillart, CoP and ToAU registration codes without having to use the other codes. Or, another option is, I can get the 2008 collection, and used the 3 codes for my GF, and the WoTG codes for mine. So, anybody can shed some light on this matter? How is the codes on the 2008 collection? cause the 2007 is definitely separated for each expansion pack.

The other problem is, I am not in the US, and buying just the codes from SE is more expensive than getting the game, and ask someone to just send me the codes via email. Thank you beforehand.

yup...all the codes are seprate from eachother. I mean those packs were once sold sepreatley ^^

You can buy the reg. codes on the playonline website. If you already have the expansions installed just buy the codes and register the expansions.

I would not recommend this. It is much cheaper to buy another collection than buying the codes online for each pack seperately.
