Anyone else have this problem before?

Hey guys, staring up FFXI again, or...at least trying to. I'm not able to sign up, because my last name is a double barreled last name Example. Smith-Williams. and..strangely enough, there's no dash, or space you can put in it, when you sign up for POL. I've just called them, at they couldn't have been less helpful, they aparently have never had a customer with a name like this.. because this SHOULD be working, anybody else have a name like this, who has had this problem? Thanks in advance.

Just type SmithWilliams. I don't think they'll go paranoid apeshit if you're missing a '-' from your last name.

Nope..doesn't make much sense, does it?
