Account: If you forgot your PlayOnline account, how do you get it back?

So I got myself and my gf to go back to XI. Now I have to get my brother, which I finally succeeded in convicing. Now we're all pissed off because we can't for the life find the manual that had the account name written down in it. To make matters worse, all my google searches have turned up with very negative results for PlayOnline help.

I know my brother well enough that if he does not get his account back (level 40 MNK), he's not going back to the game. So how the hell am I supposed to get it back? =/

call the suport line and tell them whats up, they should as for CC info and name and a few other things, to confirm ownership of the account, and you can get your info

Ok nevermind. Found the account name...now we can't get the password -____-
