So last night when I was at a show my LS did Bastok...we're pretty much doing Bastok for 1 person. Our main BLM(read also: our only BLM who isn't fucking terrible at BLM) has gotten 0 AF2 from us so far, and pretty much only wants legs. 2 dropped last night, he lost on both, both went to 2 BLMs who are both pretty new to 75, have shit gear, and are horrible at the job.

I'm not sure why he was even lotting against people, I thought we had given him priority on that piece, not sure what happened there.

You know I talk to some people and they say pld af drops regularly for them.....well except body....thats like rdm/blm hats. But even with the other pieces, I think I've seen 15ish pld drops in all the years I've been playing. Drg 38458457 drops. Drk 24345954 drops. Pld 15 drops. They should have said for the update "Furthermore, the overall drop rates of select Dynamis areas, covering the relic gear of useful jobs old and new, are set to be raised as well."

This one dorky PLD in my LS has been waiting a long time for his body piece. The guy two bodies before him ended up quitting after he got it, and after like 8 months (not entirely sure, I've been in this ls only a few months now) finally another dropped for the guy ahead of our dork PLD. (

ya Parn but you're dorky man) Anyway, apparently Parn was half asleep last Xarc because he didn't realize it dropped for the other guy and that he was up next. So he's like "OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG" on vent, like he just snorted a spoonfull of coke. So what do we do?

Mess with him!

Every time a mob died, "OMG PALADIN!" Twas funny.

I'm still highly irritated about the hat thing, the more I think about it, the more angry I get at what a fucking gimp he is. After he'd made his comment about his gimped sub on vent, I sure wish I would have gone off on him, if for nothing else but being so gimp he couldn't even level his BLM sub one level. Hell I bet he doesn't even have /WHM either.

I hate people.

I was going to get PLD legs last night in D-Beaucedine, but after I had already won the lot apparently the leader realized he didn't notice someone with higher lotting priority was going to lot on those.

Yeah, I think that was the last of me on that LS. Man I really miss my old shell, but I had to quit long time ago because of work and stuff and they are gone now.

That's terrible. I'm sorry, but if I were him, I would have quit the linkshell, or tell the leaders that if one of those new black mages got the piece, I would quit.

Let me also guess. They probably don't have completely leveled subjobs too. Also, what defines shit gear? Hoho, this will be good.

Oh goodness those BLM pants... We had 3 drop one night and I was oultotted on all 3. 2 of the BLM's were brand new to the ls and one of them plus the other BLM that got a pair quit the ls almost immediatly after.

I know this was directed at Callisto, but I could have a field day with some of the shit we call RDMs in my LS. I might take some screenies and black out names to post here ... I won't post them on BG because it might just get me kicked, but I don't really know anyone from here so I feel perfectly justified in posting gimps here. XD

Actually he is one of the 3 leaders.

I haven't checked them both but I know they can't have anything special, aside from the fact that they're both extremely air-headed and not very good at the job. The last time that we did Bastok we had said that BLM was a priority piece(this is in exchange for the fact that this specific BLM does not get priority on BLM Hat). I have no idea what happened last night or why the newer member who just got off trial was even allowed to lot for them, I haven't spoken to the third leader(shellholder) yet today.

I do feel really bad for him, in my case the shit I need just refuses to drop, for him the shit he needs actually drops but his lot luck is absolutely atrocious, like 300- for everything that he actually needs.

I'm probably guessing there's more to this than me/you know, because it's strange how a tenured member was forced to lot to 2 newbies.

On a brighter note, my best friend ingame won lot on the black mage hat 2 nights ago. She lotted against 6 other black mages and won with a 920 lot! Taru black mage ftw. :D

Yeah, the second one actually he accidentally passed on, and the person who got the second legs isn't a new member by any means, just a shitty BLM.

The person who won the first legs honestly isn't even worth keeping if he had an issue with the priority, he's only been in the LS about a month, isn't really exceptional at any jobs, seems to want a fuckload of gear for a new member, and really isn't that bright.

I don't know if the shellholder was trying to not stir up drama or what, because my hat priority has been an issue with some members recently, however the ones with a problem with it have interestingly enough been people who a) never use their RDM, b) have gimped as fuck RDM gear, and c) have horrible attendance rates. I really do feel bad for our BLM, I have no clue what could have gone on last night.

In regards to work put in => gear obtained he's pretty much the only person in the LS who has an equal if not shittier ratio than I do.

I think I'm quitting Dynamis again ... I just can't seem to find a linkshell where I fit with the group, and apparently the fact that I believe our last hat getter to be a gimp (which he IS! god damn it, level your fucking subjob) is so fucking horrible. Well I'm tired of the fact that everyone else is okay with mediocrity in this game except me. I'm tired of everything.

Fuck it maybe I should just fucking quit the game.
