They will perform these runs whether a battle is going on or not. They don't really aggro unless you get too close to them or attack, but then will stop and watch you for a second and if they aren't engaged, they'll continue on thier own mission.

    So, stop these bastards.
The Transporter Mobs constantly travel from the zoneline to the fort, restarting when they get to the end or the Transporter is killed. They do this 24/7 so killing them once or twice won't ever make a difference, which sucks. They're part of the Camp Op Search and Seizure so they're always up.

Also, the Guards only link by sight, you can try to pull the Transporter away and kill it alone as it's obscenely weak. Also, Sneak Attack, even when subbed, and Avatar Bloodpacts seems to one shot it every time. And it's not from the amount of Dmg either because SA only does 300ish and I know those things have more HP then that.

And while they don't "aggro" in the traditional sense, they still do notice your presence. At that point, they will all book it towards the fort at double speeds for a short period, meaning if you wait for them too close to the fort you won't catch them. And even if you do attack them, many times the Transporter will run away instead of standing and fighting, especially if he's close to the fort. It's best to wait for them near their spawn points, which are usually the zoneline "closest" to their stronghold (i.e. In pash they come from Beaduex, in Gusta they come from the Kon zoneline etc) so you have the most time possible to take out the Transporter. However if you're a Smn and you have an avatar out, they will attack it and you.

New Flash: Quadavs can keep operating 24/7. But there won't always be PCs around all the time to stop these Transporters.

Fortifications don't take much damage at all. It takes a very long time to chip away 20 points. That kind of progress shouldn't be undone in less than 30 minutes. My problem isn't that the beastmen have the ability to restore the health of fortifications. My problem is that the rate at which fortifications can be restored vs the rate at which they take damage is heavily skewed in the beastmen's favor right now.

What bugs me is that they can constantly be repairing, rebuilding and resupplying, but we can't. I went to go do some Ops yesterday...and there were none. We're getting the crap beat out of us, low on supplies, troops and fortifications, we're uncapped in intel and need all the help we can get....and there were no Ops availible. I know they wanted this to be a challenge, but this is ridiculous.

Next update: Beastmen will be given air strike capabilities while Cid will be busy trying to run water quality tests in Dangruf Wadi.

            Server Diablos...
I just started my campaign events again and had a blast after work yestarday. San d' oria 3
            Bastok 2
            Windhurst 1

I must say this is a hugh improvment over what was going on b4. I ran around Bastok market, Gustaberg, and the other area we controlled and took my RDM 69 out for some kick ass times.. I was sure wishing I could have got my Sword Skill up in this our it was be a place I would not leave anytime soon. I guess it must be pretty bad on other servers but here in Diablos Bastok and San d'oria go at it hard...

            No complaints here so far.

Re: So... who got owned thisweek in Campaign?

I'm gonna lose my fucking rank because I can't get an evaluation with the damn Campaign in the city all the time. Seriously, this sucks. And how the hell am I supposed to do Ops if the NPCs never spawn? SE really cockblocks you on this shit now. :/ I was hoping after they fixed it that it would kind of revert a little, but it hasn't at all. I waited three hours in Bastok Markets (S) so the NPC would pop for the quest to get my Trainee Hammer. Finally got the CS, then had to zone and talk to the NPC again to finish the quest and get it, ended up waiting another 2 hours after I zoned because more Campaign in the town started. Not fair SE. ><

Hell I don't care if the cities go under siege but let us do our other shit, too. Let us get evaluations. (Seriously, PLEASE. I worked hard for my rank and I'm gonna lose it because the NPC is never there? How is that even remotely fair? I could see if I was slacking how losing my rank makes sense, but it's SOOOOO not 100% my fault if the NPC isn't around because of city campaign.) Let us do Campaign Ops, if not all of the easier ones but at least like Aegis Scream or something. I don't see why we can't do that, even if the NPC is slightly more out of the way "hiding" but still giving Ops, that would be fine with me.

On Seraph, my tarutaru friend is currently trying to finish Scholar AF. There's nothing but campaign in windy though, so she's pretty pissed off. <.>

I can barely afford the game right now, transferring two accounts is definitely too much for me, even if I wanted to leave. I'll keep that in mind though if I decide to jump. XD

Soooo she should walk all over the past to reach Grauberg for a cutscene instead of gaining points in campaign and teleport straight there? Riiiiiiight. Have fun wasting time.

Would you also suggest she use the maws to get a cutscene in windy....while campaign is going on? Seriously, don't start stuff unless you know what you're talking about.
