Highly doubt it. They've pretty much said "The service might not work at all. Your gamble.". If you take them to court, they'll probably just point out that you made no attempt to cancel payment.

you are right, i dont own my character, but i do pay my money for a service from a company, SE. if they charge me for June and they do not render that service, i can sue legally, but im not upset at the legalities. if we wanted the legality part, i can prove i did not buy anything in the game with real money to a 3rd party, i can use financial records, i can go to court have a polygraph (whether they work or not), etc. im upset because of the customer support being this bad. I work at a collection lawfirm. we have angry people because we sued them, put a lien on them, harassed them, etc, but that is one thing vs say just suing them for whatever reason we want to, and then having them lead around in circles...

the customer service is not bad, why are they bad? because they cant do anything? Well guess what, thats to bad.

I can understand if they could have done something but wouldnt, but in this case, they really cant do a thing untill you talk to a GM, witch wont happen till 2am Friday.

As it happens, blaming Customer Service for not being able to do anything to get answers is perfectly fair. Granted, they're not in a position to do so, but setting things up so customers aren't able to get answers to legitimate questions is really bad. If they could even patch somebody through to a GM, who could answer questions, that would be a different story, but this nonsense...

That sucks, regardless if you are under investigation or not costumer service should have the info available so they can tell you exactly what's going on, period. Hopefully you'll be able to get some answers when you can log on POL again.

what I had said in my post was....

Customer service experiance is diffrent to every person.

I guess I just have been lucky with mine, never had any problems with SE over the phone, and even received excellent service when I could not find my CD keys to get my account back.
