    anyone ever had problems with contacting PlayOnline?

    I'm trying by phone and their information center chat window at the sametime. it's already
    been like an hour. are there that many cases going on right now???

    Well its been a long weekend and Mondays are usually very busy in customer service. So add on that Monday wasn't available and Tuesday is going to be HELL. Sorry about that!

      I've only had to contact them once when I forgot my password. I think I had to wait over 20 minutes to get someone just to reset it....
