There is a delivery NPC standing outside the Auction House in every city. Just look around till you find the one with the delivery box when you speak to them.

Just use the Windurst AH and buy all your equip there.

Yea Dude id recommend that you get a buddy in Bastok to send you the gear that you want so desperately. If you could do that then do it. Or buy from the vendor.

This topic is almost a month old. I get the feeling the original poster isn't level 10 any longer, and is probably not too concerned about low level gear at this point.
