    Wish i had some numbers from before.

    Kuftal Tunnel, Crabs 20/20
    Fire Day, Wind weather

    Capped enhancing

    Enstone

    In 35 crabs i hit for 19DMG 95% othe the time being resisted onley 1/3 each miss. I think the ACC of these spells has improved will update when i go to sky tonight and target higher level Mobs

        Let's take a look at some numbers:

        So picking up SCH, we get a B+ (256 @ 75) so SCH will be cranking out...

        256/20+5 = 17.8 or 17 damage/hit.

        Rolling Thunder... If it's working off of Enhancing Magic skill, then we'll be dealing with the SMN/WHMs gimped /WHM skill or 105 skill for

        (SQRT(105) - 1) = 9.2 damage/hit.

        Either way, leagues better than what they could do before and in either case an excellent damage tool especially in a party of one handers (especially thieves and ninja).

          um what about smn/sch with a B+ skill wouldnt rolling thunder do the same thing? iits working off enhancing as well? /SCH also gives all NA spells as well so plausible no?

            That might actually be a plausible reason to give SMN an alternative to subbing WHM since with Light Arts & Addendum you can still get all the -nas without the hassle. On the downside, you still lose Erase and Reraise, but RR can be had from an earring, and you need Erase far less often than you need the staple, Silena.

              Ya erase is nice to have but not always 100% needed, dosent garudas whispering wind remove all statud effects anyhow?

                Leviathan's Spring Water removes some effects, but primarily only -na effects and sometimes Slow, but most Slow can be counteracted with Hastega. There is still no recourse against most "odd" status effects.

                  Or they could just stop pussyfooting around fixing SMN and make Rollingthunder do decent damage based on summoning magic skill (and not +skill over your current cap)
