Thanks for all the replies, I nearly had forgotten that I had this thread up. It looks like I'll be sticking to the PC. I do find it a lot more convenient anyway.

Like others ahve said, stay with the PC version, I seee it like this mainly

Graphics PS2 >> PC (low) >>360 >> PC (high)

now all three systems use the same modal and such, but the main factor is the resolution they are displayed, and the graphics card settings you can mess with on PC.

The 08 collection comes out on PC in April by the way.

and the starter disk has all but the Wings expansion, so you could buy the CD keys off POL, and just buy WotG disk from a store.
